At LilTuki, I focus on the art, while my production partners handle the logistics. Because your items are custom-made just for you, the fulfillment process depends on which partner is printing your order.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information directly from the provider (Zazzle or Printful).

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed to order, returns are generally handled based on the specific partner’s policy:

  • For Zazzle orders: Zazzle offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t love it, you can return it within 30 days.
  • For Printful orders: Returns are typically only accepted for damaged or misprinted items. Please inspect your gear as soon as it arrives!
